Our Return Policy:

You can return items purchased from Ootddress.com within 30 days of receiving them. Please note that swimwear cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for items that are no longer needed if they are delivered in perfect condition and as advertised.

Please do not send your return to the address on your package, as it is not the correct return address and may delay the processing of your return.

How to Make a Return:

1. Sign into your Ootddress account.
2. Locate the order in the “My Orders” section.
3. Click on the “Return” button.
4. Provide the reason for the return and upload a picture of the product, then submit your request.
5. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a printable return slip containing our return address and further instructions.
6. Print the return slip and include it inside your package along with the item(s) you wish to return. Ensure that the item(s) are properly packed.
7. Drop off your package at the nearest delivery point. Please retain the return receipt and send it to us.

Refund Process:

Your refund request will be processed within 1-2 business days after we receive your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment account. Please note that the original shipping fee and handling fee are non-refundable.

If you encounter any issues with your return, you can go to your order, click on “View Order Message,” and add a message explaining the problem. We will contact you within 24 hours. Alternatively, you can reach out to us via email at Support@ootddress.com.
